Every Order, With and Without an Account

Same job, two ways — the difference is what your team repeats before we start.

Without an account

Re-explain return address, delivery address, and special instructions — again
Spell out billing: whose card, which matter, what the invoice must say
Email twice to find out where the document is
Your intake waits in the general queue
New person on your side? They start from zero

With an account

One email: the document + the matter number
Invoice arrives pre-formatted with your matter / PO conventions
Standing status report: every open order, its stage, its ETA
Priority intake — earliest available submission cycle
Anyone you authorize orders under the firm account, same rate

Two Accounts. Pick by How Often You Send.

House starts at 10% off with no minimum. Corporate replaces it with pricing built on your volume.

House Account

For firms ordering monthly. The account opens with your first order — that's the only requirement — and 10% comes off our standard service fees from that order onward.

Addresses, billing and preferences saved on file
Priority intake and scheduling
Anyone on your team can order
Dedicated account manager
Courier pickup in DC, MD and Northern Virginia; overnight and international shipping

Corporate Account

For firms sending jobs every week. Custom pricing built on your actual mix — services, frequency, turnaround, destination countries — instead of a one-size discount.

Everything in House Account
A standing place in our submission cycles
Weekly status report on every open order
Monthly invoicing on agreed net terms

The 10% applies to our service fees — government, embassy, courier and shipping charges are billed at cost, and it doesn't stack on an already negotiated rate. Details in the FAQ below.

  • This service is amazing! I wish I had known about it sooner. I had a document to be used abroad that needed to be notarized AND needed an apostille. It’s not so hard to find a notary but for anything more complicated, Aziz can get it done with a minimum of effort on the client’s part. He picked up the document, handled the legalizations process and returned the document to me. And in less than 24 hours! The consulate, which was my only other option had a ridiculous wait time to even get an appointment,  not to mention they were going to charge me three times what Aziz did. His rates are reasonable and he is super-professional and efficient! He saved me so much time and navigated the whole process seamlessly for me.  I highly recommend him and will no doubt be calling on him again in the future.

  • DC Mobile Notary was fantastic. Super easy to schedule and super flexible. Best prices I found as well. Danyar was quick, efficient, and super friendly. I’d absolutely use them again!

  • I was impressed with this company from start to finish, and I will definitely go to them again when I need a notary.First, it was super easy to set up the three appointments that I needed; the receptionist was able to confirm the appointments while I was on the phone with her.  Second, the notary showed up right on time for all appointments, even in one city location during rush hour and where finding street parking was challenging.  Even when I needed to change the location of one appointment at the last minute (from a Starbucks that wasn't open yet to a nearby restaurant), it was easy to reach the notary himself and work out the change with him.  Third, the two notaries I dealt with were both professional in appearance and manner.  Finally, company can cover DC, MD, and VA where I do business, and their price is reasonable.I'm very grateful that the paperwork went smoothly and was done properly.  I'm a new fan of DC Mobile Notary.

  • Aziz of DC MOBILE Notary was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable with regard to services we needed to authenticate educational documents for use abroad.  I will no hesitate to utilize his services again. In today's world of everything automated and voice bots, Aziz was a breath of fresh air, answers calls and emails without delays and works on finding solutions for his clients. Thanks Aziz.

What Firms Ask Before Opening an Account

Is the 10% off everything?+

It's 10% off our service fees on every service we offer. Government, embassy, courier, and shipping charges are billed separately at cost and aren't discounted — nobody can discount the State Department.

Does it stack with a rate I already have?+

No. If you already have a partner or negotiated rate, that rate stands — the 10% is the starting point for new accounts at standard pricing. What we will do is review your existing rate against your current volume.

Is there a minimum?+

The account opens with your first order — that's the only minimum. The 10% applies from that order onward, and the account stays open no matter how often you use it. Corporate pricing depends on volume; the House Account doesn't.

What does Corporate pricing look like?+

Firms sending jobs every week may qualify for a Corporate Account with custom pricing built on your service mix, frequency, turnaround requirements, and destination countries. Tell us what you send — we quote against it.

What does priority handling mean, concretely?+

Priority intake and scheduling. When your documents are complete and received before the applicable cutoff, they go into the earliest available Department of State submission cycle. You also get priority access to mobile notary and fingerprinting appointments, and same-business-day answers on quotes and status.

What exactly do you keep on file?+

Everything you'd otherwise repeat: return and delivery addresses with special instructions, who's authorized to place orders, your invoice format and matter / PO conventions, preferred delivery speeds, recurring destination countries, and standing document-handling notes.

What are your net terms?+

New accounts start on card on file. Corporate accounts move to a monthly invoice on agreed net terms, with matter or PO numbers on every line. W-9 and certificate of insurance are available for your vendor file.

Can multiple people order under one account?+

Yes — paralegals, assistants, registrars, HR coordinators. Anyone you authorize orders under the firm account. One rate, one invoice, one manager.

We're not in DC, Maryland, or Virginia. Can we still open one?+

Yes — most accounts aren't local. Federal authentication and embassy legalization happen in Washington, which is why firms nationwide use us as their DC processing partner. Documents come to us, completed packages ship back to you or your client.

We resell your services to our own clients. Right page?+

If you're buying for your own firm's use — yes. If you bill your clients for our work under your own name, our white label partner program fits better: same 10% start, plus unbranded shipping and a written non-solicitation guarantee.
