New York State apostille service starts at $195 per document, federal apostilles start at $125, and mobile notarization starts at $95 plus travel. Government fees, County Clerk certification, translation, and shipping are itemized in your quote. You see the full price after the free document review, before you pay anything.
It depends on the document, whether County Clerk certification is needed, and the destination country, and we confirm your turnaround in the quote. Federal apostilles through the U.S. Department of State take 9 business days with our expedited service, compared with 5+ weeks by mail.
Usually, yes. Before the New York Department of State will apostille a notarized document, the County Clerk in the county where the notary is commissioned must certify the notary's signature. Many locally issued records need the same step. We check this during the free review and handle the County Clerk step for you.
Yes. Our mobile notaries travel across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Send your address, document type, number of signers, and preferred time. We confirm availability, ID requirements, and the travel fee before you book.

An apostille is a certificate that authenticates the signature and seal on a public document so it is accepted in the 120+ countries of the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention. If your destination is not a member, such as the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, or Vietnam, you need embassy or consulate legalization instead, which we also handle.
Yes. We take your fingerprints in New York, request your FBI Identity History Summary, and apostille it at the U.S. Department of State through our Washington, DC team. If you already have your FBI PDF, upload it and we start right away.
Yes. Write “Add Certified Translation” in the message field of the request form and we include it in your quote. When the destination country requires it, we can apostille the translation as well.
We catch that during the free review. Common New York problems include a missing venue, the wrong certificate wording, or an expired notary commission. We explain the fix or re-notarize the document so the apostille isn't rejected.
Yes. Our business accounts give law firms, HR teams, and relocation companies one point of contact and simple ordering for recurring notary, apostille, and legalization work. Call (212) 382-7001 or see our Business Accounts page.
