WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE THE SERVICES?

We provide services at either of our two office locations or at the client's location. Our offices are at 2001 L St NW, Suite 545, Washington, DC 20036 and 5315 Langston Blvd, Suite B, Arlington, VA 22207.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES IN?

For apostille, document authentication, embassy legalization, and certified translations, we serve clients nationwide across all 50 states. For in-person services like mobile notary, live scan fingerprinting, and I-9 verification, we cover Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland.

WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide mobile (traveling) notary, apostille and federal/state document authentication, embassy and consulate legalization, certified translations, live scan fingerprinting, I-9 employment verification, notary services for real estate closings (refinance), and remote (online) notary services.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, checks, Venmo, and Zelle as payment. We can also send you an invoice to your email.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAME-DAY NOTARY SERVICES?

Yes, we offer same-day service for mobile  notarization, live scan fingerprinting, local state apostilles, and I-9 verification, subject to availability. Please note that federal apostilles, embassy legalization, and certified translations follow standard processing timelines and are not same-day.

DO YOU OFFER CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS?

Yes, we provide certified translations for documents in a wide range of languages, accepted for apostille, embassy legalization, USCIS, and other official uses.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAME-DAY APOSTILLE?

We provide same-day state apostille services if you schedule the appointment before 11 am. Give us a call for the details.

CAN YOU PROVIDE WITNESSES?

We do provide witnesses for an extra charge.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and the original document(s) you need notarized or authenticated. If you're unsure what's required for your case, call us before your appointment.
